Payment Terms and Conditions: The Realtor Brand Blueprint Online Course

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before enrolling in "The Realtor Brand Blueprint: Branding Strategy for the Modern Agent" online course (the "Course") operated by Jenna Shriver Creative LLC ("us", "we", or "our").

By enrolling in the Course, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Course.

Enrollment and Payment

Enrollment: To enroll in the Course, you must complete the registration process, providing accurate and complete information. You agree to update this information promptly if there are any changes.

Payment: Payment for the Course must be made in full at the time of enrollment. We accept payment through the designated payment method(s) provided on our website.

Refunds: Refunds will be provided in accordance with our Refund Policy, which is detailed separately on our website. Refunds may be subject to processing fees.

Course Access and Materials

Access: Upon enrollment and receipt of payment, you will be granted access to the Course materials. Access will be provided through our online learning platform. If you purchased on a pre-sale the course materials will be made available when the course is live.

Duration of Access: Your access to the Course materials will be for the duration specified at the time of enrollment. Any extensions or changes to access duration must be requested and approved by us in writing.

Intellectual Property: All Course materials, including but not limited to videos, documents, worksheets, and presentations, are the intellectual property of Jenna Shriver Creative LLC. They are provided for your personal use only and may not be shared, distributed, or reproduced in any form without our prior written consent.

Participant Responsibilities
Course Progress: You are responsible for managing your progress through the Course materials. We provide guidance and support, but ultimately, your success in completing the Course depends on your commitment and effort.

Indemnification. You take full responsibility for the decisions you make upon participating in and upon completion of the Course as well as the consequences. You enter into the Course with full understanding that you are responsible for your own results. You agree that participating in the Course is entirely at your risk. Jenna Shriver Creative LLC, Coaches, Mentors, or guests shall be held harmless for any and all injury to you or your business and equipment during the Course and the immediately surrounding events.

Professional Conduct: You agree to conduct yourself in a professional and respectful manner when interacting with instructors, fellow participants, and Course staff. Any inappropriate behavior may result in immediate termination of access to the Course without refund.

Limitation of Liability

Disclaimer: The Course materials are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee any specific results from participation in the Course.

Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Jenna Shriver Creative LLC, its directors, officers, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your enrollment in the Course.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

Modification: We reserve the right to modify, revise, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Continued Enrollment: Your continued enrollment in the Course after any changes to the Terms indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.

Governing Law and Choice of Venue. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Maryland without regard to its conflicts of law provisions. The parties may bring an action concerning this Agreement only in the state and federal courts for Maryland.
