I’m excited to share some of the end results of Sarah Kolis’s branding photography and video! She wanted bright, light, fun, and professional branding images for her business and I believe we achieved exactly what she was envisioning. Sarah Kolis is a custom gown designer and alterations specialist located just outside Detroit, Michigan. Sarah worked with Katie of Ribbon & Ink on her branding and website design. Sarah saw Katie’s branding photos that I did and wanted a very similar look and feel.

Sarah traveled all the way to us in Westminster, Maryland from where she’s located in Michigan. Her back-to-back days of photoshoots were filled with creativity! She brought many great props along with her so that we could re-create her sewing workspace in the studio.

I also created a brand personality video for Sarah. She has utilized it as a background on her new website designed by Ribbon & Ink. She can also utilize it in many ways for social media in the future. I love that you can convey so much about yourself, what you do, and who you serve in a matter of seconds without your viewer having to read a single word. Video is so engaging and there are so many ways to utilize the same video!

A fun perk of Sarah being with us in person for her custom styled stock photos was that she was able to give live feedback and direction as well as be included in a photo. The photos of actual people and her hands in this styled image give it so much life!
